The purpose of the inspection was to offer an independent evaluation of the condition of the subject vessel, as found during her superficial Inspection . the inspection conducted on 24th & 25th July 2022  at Port of  PARSIAN ,Assaluyeh , IR.IRAN .
The vessel was inspected without removal of any parts, including fitting, anchor and chain, fixed partitions, instruments, spare parts and miscellaneous materials in the bilges and lockers, or other fixed or semi-fixed items. Locked compartments or otherwise inaccessible areas would also preclude inspection.

Further, no determination of stability characteristics or inherent structural integrity has been made . 
 The final report for assessment of condition is based on superficial inspection by the surveyor, information shared by ship’s crew and documents and records provided.
The overall vessel condition and value was established after a complete inspection of the vessel. The estimated fair market value and replacement cost which includes all listed auxiliary equipment and upgrading and running cost was considered for the Vessel Valuation.
